Player Commands

NapMC includes several quality‑of‑life commands for all players. Use them to personalize chat and discover server features.

Chat Prefix & Suffix​

  • /prefix <text> – Sets a colored prefix before your name.
  • /suffix <text> – Adds a tag after your name.

Your chosen prefix or suffix appears in chat and on Discord. Colors or formats supported by the server are allowed. Staff role names such as Admin, Mod, or Owner are blocked to prevent impersonation, and all entries are checked by the chat moderation system.

Use /discord to display a clickable invite link to our Discord server.

  • /rules – Posts a clickable link to our Discord rules channel with a short on‑screen title so you don’t miss it.

Custom Recipes​

Run /recipes in game to view crafting patterns for items like the Extra Heart and Revive Beacon.

Other Useful Commands​

  • /help – Lists helpful commands and links while you're in game.
  • /track <player> – Begin tracking another player. See Tracking Players for details.
  • /revive <player> – Revive an eliminated player using a Revive Beacon.
  • /team – Manage your team. See Team System for all subcommands.
  • /wiki – Opens this wiki in your browser.
  • /tc <message> – Quickly send a team chat message if you have a team.
  • /vision – Toggle permanent night vision on yourself.
  • /trade <player> – Send a trade request to another player. See Trading.
  • /itemupdate – Converts legacy custom items in your inventory to the latest format (keeps enchants, damage, etc.).

  • /ally – Manage your alliances. See Alliance System for all subcommands.
